Photography Policy – Collier’s Greenhouse & Garden Center

We’re excited you are intresed in taking pictures here on location. Our greenhouse is meant to be a place people can experience and enjoy, and we always welcome casual photography during regular business hours.

Casual Photography
Guests are welcome to take photos for personal use while visiting. We love seeing your photos! Please tag us on social media (Facebook | Instagram) – and share your visit with others. 


Professional Photography
Any posed, staged, or professional-style photography (including sessions with clients, outfit changes, or extended time in one area) requires prior notification and a signed photography waiver before the session begins.

We do not schedule or reserve time slots. Sessions are allowed during normal business hours as long as they do not interfere with customers or daily operations.

Photography sessions that begin without notifying staff and completing the waiver will be asked to stop.

Before You Arrive

Before You Begin

  • Please park in the lower parking area when you arrive.

  • Check in with staff immediately at the front counter

  • Provide your completed and signed photography waiver before starting

  • Keep your session moving and avoid blocking customer areas

Photography sessions without a completed waiver will not be permitted.

General Guidelines

  • Do not move plants, containers, or displays

  • Keep aisles clear for customers

  • Be respectful of other guests’ privacy

  • No unsafe behavior

Liability
All photographers and participants assume full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during their visit. Any damage to plants, property, or equipment must be paid for by the responsible party.

We reserve the right to stop any photography session that interferes with normal business operations or the customer experience.
